To order by On-Line
1. 'CLICK' on the "Shopping Cart Icon" button
next to EACH item you wish to purchase from our on-line catalogue
pages.
2. You will see a sub-total of items in your
shopping cart and may either check out or CONTINUE
SHOPPING.
3. Changes in quantity for each item and or
deletions may be made from the sub-total section at any time before
"Check-Out".
4. When you are ready to "Check Out" simply
press "Proceed to Checkout" and complete the billing and shipping
information, verify your order, and follow the on screen
instructions.
So that we may provide you with the fastest
service, we recommend ordering on our secured site or alternatively
contact us via Fax or Telephone. We would appreciate you including
an email address so that we can confirm shipment of order or contact
you should an item be unavailable.
Method Of Payment:
We accept payment by most
major credit cards. These are processed online using the secure
payment service. All prices are shown in US dollars. Ordering is
easy. Just fill your shopping cart and pay by Visa,
Master-Card, bankcard and American Express, Diners and Paypal.

your order is ready to be shipped out. For your convenience, we also
accept Money Order, Personal or Bank Checks. Please DO NOT send

should be made payable to Anixi Enterprises Pty Ltd. Prices are
shown in US dollars. Please note that cheque and Bank Money Orders
all have a 30 day hold.

Ordering Via Internet:
This is a SECURE
ONLINE STORE using the latest encryption technology. You can buy
with confidence. If you prefer, you may E-mail your order. We will
email/call you back to verify your order and obtain your credit card
details.
Pieces On Order:
These jewelry pieces are On
Order as stock is limited. Delivery will take 6-12 weeks. We are
aware that this may be an inconvenience, therefore no payment will
be required until your piece(s) are ready to be dispatched to you.

All other items that are In Stock will be
delivered within 6-10 business days, unless they are sent with FEDEX
2-4 business days.
Shipping & Handling:
Items in stock will
be shipped within 3 business days of clearance of credit card. Your
jewelry item will then arrive within 5-9 business days and will
require a signature upon delivery. All purchases are sent to you via
registered and insured post, unless notified otherwise. If items are
not available, you will be notified immediately. Terms are pre-paid
by credit card, money order, Paypal, bank checks or personal checks
only. Please note orders paid by personal checks will be shipped
within 38 days to allow for clearance.
Shipping Costs:
All Purchases
84.99Aud and under will be sent via registered and
insured post. The cost of which is 16.95Aud
dollars. This is automatically added to your bill using our
automated shopping cart.
All Purchases 85Aud and above
will be sent via FEDEX and will incur a cost of 29.95Aud
dollars. This is automatically added to your bill using our
automated shopping cart.
PayPal - You will need to add
16.95Aud to your purchase.
If you would prefer a faster delivery for your
purchase under 84.99Aud this can be
arranged through FEDEX couriers. The cost here will be
an additional Aud 16
dollars. You merely need to notify us that this is
your preferred option and authorise the extra cost. This service
takes 3-4 working days.
Condition: we will not send any orders via
fedex that are under 25Aud
* Additional costs occur with Fedex for all
parcels to Europe. Please see our postage page for
costs.
Shipping Costs For Exchanged Jewelry:
For
exchanged goods 84.99Aud and under, parcels are
sent to you via registered and insured post. The cost of which will
be 18.95 US dollars. This is Manually debited from
your credit card.
For exchanges 85Aud and above the
cost will be 32.95Aud. This will mean that the parcel
will be sent via FEDEX. This is manually debited from
your credit card.
PayPal - You will be forwarded a Paypal invoice
for 16.95Aud to cover your postage and handling fees
for exchanges 84.99Aud and under.
Exchanges for 85Aud and over you
will be sent an invoice for 32.95Aud.

Track and insure the return shipment:
Anixi Enterprises is not responsible for lost or misdirected
mail.
It is not necessary to include receipt,
however, please include name and phone number.
All Pieces are to be returned well wrapped and
in saleable condition. Should this not be followed. A polishing fee
of 20US per piece will be charged.
Crediting Your Returns:
Upon receipt, all
returns will be processed within 14 working days. Any refunds due
will be disbursed in the manner in which they were
received.
